High-School Decision Day!

Our middle school students decided which high school to attend by considering factors such as academic programs, extracurricular activities, school culture, location, and future career or college opportunities. They visited schools with Mrs. Hillary, to meet and talk with teachers, family members, and compare different options before making their choice. High School Decision Day is important because it marks the official commitment to a school and celebrates students' hard work in selecting the best educational path for their goals and interests. It also helps schools prepare for incoming students and encourages a sense of excitement and confidence as students transition from middle school to high school. Prior to decision day King High came to visit, students talked about the importance of going to high school and how it helps your future endeavors. They also brought there famous marching band and you could hear the wonderful tunes through out the school. We also want to shout out our (4) former students who came to talk about their 1st year in highschool.
